Doing testicles self-examination regularly is must for your healthy sexual relation and of course for your health. Sexologist suggests testicles self-examination once in a month is necessary to monitor any changes. This regular monitoring is important concerning your health as numbers of testicles diseases have increased significantly. That is why, to protect yourself form these dangerous diseases you have to care for your health and obviously for your testicles. Some tips are given below, use these tips to monitor you testicles heath and if at all, you find any changes then it is better to contact your sexologist as soon as possible.

1. It is better to take bath before you start examine the testicles will fully relaxed making easy to examine thoroughly.

2. Examine your testicles separately with gentle pressure on each.

3. Observe your testicles in mirror for any obvious changes from last month examination.

4. It is not compulsory that both testicles should be uniform. One may hang lower than the other or you may also observe one bigger testicle than other one. However, remarkable changes should note immediately and you must contact your sexologist immediately.

5. Now examine edpididymis, which should feel soft and tender to touch. As it stores sperms and some times it may even become sensitive than before. Therefore, you do not have to worry until you feel mild pain.

6. Now find out spermatic cord that travels from epididymis opening to testicles bag and carries sperms. This sperm cord runs behind testicles and falls like firm and smooth flexible tube. Any unlike changes should see under medical supervision.

7. Now you examine each testicle separately. You should feel each testicle smooth and free from any lumps. If you find any such lumps or swellings, usually on front side, then you should see a sexologist as soon as possible.

8. The lumps or swellings will be either painful or painless. If you feel heaviness in your groin, scrotum or sometime in lower abdomen part, then you should visit your sexologist immediately. As new cases of testicular cancer have registered, such unidentified mass with pain can be a major cause for cancer.

If you want to protect yourself from testicular cancer then you have to perform this testicular self-examination at least once in a month. Whenever you feel any kind of pain near your testicles, in lower abdomen, or also mild pains in urinary tract then you should see a doctor immediately. Some men having abnormally developed testicles, suffering from Klinefelter’s syndrome, or have undescended testicles are more susceptible for testicle cancer than the other. Therefore, if you are one of them then you have to monitor your testicles health regularly to avoid cancer and other disease risk.
